Having spent the last three weeks waiting for parts and rebuilding my battered bike I am now ready to continue my journey south. I’ve had a great time in Vancouver but it’s time to go and I’m naturally extremely excited about re-entering the USA and resuming my adventure.

I will now be travelling with a SPOT satellite messenger with which I’ll check in at the end of each cycling day. This means that you’ll be able to track my progress, see where I am and where I’ve been through my Spot Adventure VeloFreedom site.

Bring on the rain, bring on the hills and whip up some winds… I’m back.
